I have really bad health anxiety and I need someone to think logically with me. A few months ago, I started having constipation and had a full work-up, including an abdominal/rectal exam and an abdominal X-ray, which were normal. I also had a negative fecal occult test. Despite this, I am scared I could have colon cancer due to ongoing bowel changes and am focusing on my stool's shape, which some doctors say is normal but one said it looks narrow. I am losing sleep over this and need peace of mind. I am a 22-year-old female with no family history of colon cancer. My stool shape scares me, and I don't know if it's normal or a sign of cancer.

I have been experiencing itching in the back of my throat for two weeks, which comes and goes and is worse at night. I have no known allergies other than to an antibiotic, no reflux issues, no sore throat, cough, or fever, and no new foods. I am a 58-year-old female with a slight raspy voice.
