I had a ruptured bowel due to diverticulitis a little over a week ago. This is the second time this year. The first time, I was treated with nearly 3 weeks in the hospital, IV nutrition, fluids, antibiotics, and a medical drain. The drain was kept in for over 3 months. After it was removed, I returned to the ER with abdominal pain and was diagnosed with diverticulitis again, leading to another perforation. I was treated with IV antibiotics and sent home with a prescription. Now, I'm experiencing pain and I'm unsure if it's related to my bowel or ovarian cysts. I don't have insurance and don't want to go to the ER unnecessarily, but I also don't want to risk my life. Should I go to the ER, and if so, what symptoms should I look out for to indicate that I need immediate attention?

I found some yellowish-green, mushy, and crumbly objects in my bowel movement that I suspect might be gallstones. I have occasional ache on my right side, but I'm unsure if it's related to my gallbladder. What could these objects be, and what should I do if they are gallstones? Also, how can I differentiate between muscular ache and gallbladder pain, and what treatments are effective for each?

My son thinks he got bit by a horsefly on his hand. The entire hand is swollen, and it seems to hurt worse than it did a couple of hours ago. He is not having trouble breathing, but the hand is swollen. What should we do?

I noticed a red area on my leg right above the knee. It feels warm to the touch and slightly burns when I apply steroid cream. I'm 52 years old, taking Losartan and Diltiazem, and have a history of slightly elevated gamma globulins, chronic Epstein-Barr virus, and possible fibromyalgia. Could it be cellulitis or another condition?

I have fluctuating blood pressure readings and experienced unusual sensations in my leg and hand. Could these symptoms be related to a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), and what should I do to monitor and manage these symptoms?
