I had an equivocal IgM herpes test at 6 weeks and a negative IgG test. I've had various symptoms like irritation, a cut, and redness on my penis head, but no herpes sores. I've been on antibiotics and had diarrhea. Is it possible that I have herpes, or can I move on from this concern?

I recently used the restroom and ended up with a cut on my anus. I have an equivocal herpes test result and have been experiencing irritation. Is this a herpes outbreak, and how can I manage the irritation and cut?

I mistakenly took my morning dose of buproprion, lisinopril, pravastatin, and glimepiride tonight instead of tomorrow morning. I take these medications daily along with metformin and gabapentin. I have high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes. Is this serious, and what should I do?

My sister is experiencing excruciating pain, unrelated to side effects, with a history of back pain, stenosis, and degenerative disc disease. She had a laminectomy and diskectomy at L5 S1 in 1990. The pain started below the rib cage and has moved to the pelvic area, worse in the back. She had a non-clean catch urine analysis and an MRI without contrast. She believes it feels like a pinched nerve. How can we determine if it's a pinched nerve or something else, and what tests should be done to rule out other conditions like pancreatic cancer?

I have been experiencing indigestion and loose bowels for a month, making it difficult to eat more than a small amount of food. I have not vomited, but have had foamy sputum after eating. There has been no blood in my stool, but I have had explosive, mostly liquid bowel movements. I had a physical six weeks ago with blood work and a pneumonia shot, after which my symptoms began. I have been taking anti-diarrhea pills and Mucinex DM, but I am not improving. I take a statin, loratadine, baby aspirin, multivitamin, and calcium. I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist booked two weeks ahead. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do in the meantime?

My mother-in-law's blood pressure is 83 over 43. Should she be taken to the ER? She takes high blood pressure medicine but has not taken any extra. She just got out of the hospital yesterday for a fall but everything checked out OK and they sent her home. They did say that her blood pressure was dropping whenever she stood up and that is why she is so weak in her legs and is falling. She also was dehydrated.
