I had an upper endoscopy two months ago that showed normal stomach mucosa, normal duodenum, and grade 3 esophagitis. No mention of varicose veins. If I had those, wouldn't the doctor have told me? I followed up with a colonoscopy last week which was normal. I have no signs of liver disease and my upper endoscopy report did not mention any varicose veins, so I assume it would have been informed if I had them. Correct?

My blood sugar glucose level was 103 after taking it in the morning. The night before (8.5 hours before taking the test) I drank a coke can and ate chocolate. Is this bad? Could the coke and chocolate have elevated my glucose to 103? Will this be considered diabetic and should I go see my doctor?

I took a Peth test on July 1st and it came up low positive. Could having Nyquil or a glass of wine make the test positive? Help please.

I'm a 27-year-old female with unspecified gastritis (biopsy results pending) and thick gallbladder sludge. I've been experiencing acute pain in both ribs, trouble taking deep breaths, bloating and pain in the middle of my abdomen after eating, fatigue, joint weakness, and discomfort in the gallbladder area. Could these symptoms be caused by my gallbladder sludge or gastritis? Should I consider gallbladder removal, and could these conditions cause shortness of breath?

Should I be concerned and seek professional help concerning my stiff neck, aching sore muscles and joints? It has been going on for two weeks without relief. The pain is interfering with my mobility and I am unable to get much sleep due to the stiffness and soreness. I broke my hip last August and had 7 strokes in 2008.
