I had gastric bypass surgery 6 weeks ago and have been experiencing severe nausea from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. Even small sips of liquids or bites of food make me feel like I'm going to throw up. I'm also constantly constipated, with painful cramps and sharp shooting pains. My surgeon has me on Zofran, phenergan, reglan, a scopalimine patch, Senekot, dulcolax, and a stool softener, but I'm still struggling. Could something be wrong due to the surgery? How long can I go without a bowel movement, and should I be concerned?

I have a pretty bad shoulder injury that was shown on an MRI about 2 years ago. Recently, I stopped taking NSAIDs and my pain has increased, particularly in my arm and under my armpit. Could this specific injury on the MRI cause pain to radiate to below my armpit, and is it normal for these injuries to cause pain in the axilla area? Additionally, could physical therapy for the shoulder aggravate the pain under the axilla, and can this pain last for a long time? Also, do these injuries on the report sound serious, and can shoulder pain cause shoulder blade pain as well?
