I experienced dizziness while standing and talking for about 15 minutes this morning. I am a 24-year-old female with slight anemia due to minor thalassemia, on a ketogenic diet with limited carbs and 800 calories per day. I have no known diabetes or heart problems, but I do have an extra heartbeat detected during a stethoscope checkup. My blood pressure and sugar levels are normal when sitting. What could be causing this dizziness, and what should I do about it?
