I have two large, hard, and painful cysts, one in my left butt cheek and one on my right knee, both shaped like a thumb. The one in my butt cheek became infected, causing high fever and vomiting, and has been lanced twice without improvement. I don't have insurance and have already spent a lot on doctor visits without a definitive diagnosis. What could these cysts be, and what can I do to manage them without expensive tests like MRI or CT scan?

I am 24 years old, 6'5" and 170 lbs. I have been experiencing trouble getting and maintaining an erection recently. I can achieve one by myself but it takes a long time, and with my partner, it is very soft and sometimes never achieves one.
