I had my left bottom big 3rd tooth extracted 6 days ago. I've been healing fine, but 1/2 of the tooth white tissue fell out a few days ago, and my face has been getting hot to the touch and flushed in the evening. Socket pain is throbbing here and there. I'm taking amoxicillin 500 every 8 hours, 2 Advil dual action and 1 ibuprofen every 8 hours, and acetaminophen/COD (300/30) a couple of times a day if needed. I feel the pain meds aren't strong enough. I'm concerned about my flushed face in the evenings. What is going on?

I have a severe head cold affecting my sinuses and causing a hoarse voice. I am 71 years old and take multiple medications daily. I have asthma treated with medications. I took a COVID test, which was negative, and I don't feel like I have the flu. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I have a report from 2014 that mentions possibly vascular malformation, ruled out deep vein thrombosis. I have pain in my calf that is not constant but hurts when touched. What are the details about vascular malformation, its treatments, and when surgery might be required?
