I had my right kidney removed in 2014. Now, I am experiencing severe pain that makes it difficult to lay down, sit up straight, or walk well. The pain is constant and has been for the last four days, though it came and went before that. The pain is sharp, achey, and sometimes stabbing. I also have CKD stage 3, arthritis in my knees, and have had gout in the past. I had a colonoscopy in February, which showed no problems, but I have had IBS symptoms since then. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

What causes sighing dyspnea/air hunger, static-like vision, lightheadedness, and feelings of anxiety or panic, especially after eating, and can these symptoms be related to stress, anxiety, or acid reflux?

I had an ulcer 7 years ago and was treated. Now, I'm experiencing intense symptoms again, including nausea, severe stomach cramps, acid reflux, and bloating. The pain is worse after eating and has been ongoing for about 3 days. I'm a 32-year-old female. What can I do for the pain and should I be concerned about my previous ulcer returning?

I went to the ER with abdominal pain and intermittent diarrhea for 1-2 weeks. A CT scan was done, and the results indicated splenomegaly, mild colonic stool burden, mildly enlarged lymph nodes, and anterior abdominal wall subcutaneous fat stranding. I have a history of IBS and an enlarged spleen due to Epstein-Barr infection. I'm worried about these findings and whether they could indicate something serious like cancer or Crohn's disease.

I have been dealing with what I think is tendonitis in my left wrist for a few weeks now. I believe it might be related to a previous wrist injury and am wondering if arthritis could be complicating the healing process. I've been wearing a brace to immobilize my thumb, but I still experience painful moments when rotating my wrist. What suggestions or tips do you have to help alleviate the pain?

I’m a 22-year-old female. I started feeling really bad about an hour ago and threw up. I’m on anxiety medicine, thyroid medicine, and estrogen pills. I’m concerned it might be food poisoning or even a heart attack. What could be causing my symptoms?
