I had numbness in my lower left jaw, lips, and mouth on the left side last week, which has mostly gone away except for the right side of my lips and upper mouth. I recently had a root canal on the right side, which is the same side where the numbness persists. I also have a stinging pain on my right side lip that sometimes wakes me up. I drink from plastic cups all day, smoke about 5 cigarettes per day, and am on an antibiotic. What could be causing these symptoms, and how can I determine if it's related to cancer, neuropathy, or a vitamin deficiency?

I am a 28-year-old female smoker with a resting heart rate between 90-105 bpm and blood pressure close to 120/80. I am not overweight but inactive and have a poor diet. I have been checked in the ER four times in the past eight months for a possible heart attack, with all tests (ECG, blood tests, chest x-rays) coming back normal. Despite this, I worry that my anxiety might lead to a heart attack. What is the likelihood of my heart condition deteriorating quickly, and can anxiety cause a heart attack?

My mother was hospitalized due to shortness of breath and coughing up blood. Despite her condition worsening and eventually leading to her death due to a massive stroke, the hospital staff did not adequately communicate with us about her condition or the stroke. We are seeking answers and want to know if the hospital/doctors are at fault for my mother's death and if we can take legal action against them.
