I was hit with force near or on the thoracic spine (in between shoulder blades) 12 months ago and also at the base of my brain left side cervical region (same spot). Since then, I have had issues with numb tingling hands, constant chills from the thoracic region, pins and needles, chronic constipation, difficulty breathing, chest infections, and a crackling noise traveling up my spine. My quality of life is being affected. What can be done to address these symptoms?

Can really bad muscle tension cause weakness in my arms?
