I have stomach pain and mood swings, and my period is within 2 days. Is it a sign of pregnancy?

I am being tested for Crohn's disease. I have very mild symptoms and a slightly elevated calprotectin. I haven't had any blood in my stool, just mild cramps and occasional diarrhea. If it is mild, how long before I am at risk for colon cancer, and could my symptoms indicate cancer already?

For 3 months, I have been experiencing chronic severe pain in my chest, abdomen, and back, along with fatigue and dizziness. I've been to the ER twice and had a full cardiac workup, which ruled out cardiac issues. I've also been suffering from acid reflux for over 18 years and have taken Rabeprazole for over 10 years. Additionally, I have PCAS (dissecting cellulitis of the scalp) diagnosed in 2004. Has the chest pain been stable or has it gotten worse over time? What type of pain is it? Is there anything else in my medical history the Doctor should know?

I’ve had a constant, sharp, stabbing pain in the back of my leg for over a week now, which starts behind my knee and extends up to my rump. The pain worsens when I stand. I have been having other issues with my back, legs, and hip, but nothing like this. I recently had a bone scan and MRI of my back, which were normal. I am currently taking Tylenol arthritis, Gabapentin, and Duloxetine. What could be causing this pain, and what steps should I take to address it?
