Can I take Z-pack antibiotic if I have heart PVCs? I have bad anxiety and am worried about potential heart and anxiety issues. I am taking it with Xanax, Zoloft, vitamin D, and magnesium. What are the main side effects and when would an allergic reaction show up?

I have been experiencing back and leg pains that are not relieved by the medications prescribed by an urgent care MD, including Toradol injections. I take Jardiance and Metformin for diabetes, Enalapril for high blood pressure, Crestor for high cholesterol, and multivitamins. I do not have any allergies.
