I had unprotected sex on May 28th and took Plan B within 24 hours. My period before Plan B was from May 15th to May 20th, and after Plan B, I got my period on June 11th, which was lighter than usual and had smaller clots. The last day of my period was June 15th. I have been feeling extremely tired and a little nauseous. I'm worried I might be pregnant but then I got my period, so I'm confused. Additionally, I'm taking warfarin, and after taking Plan B, my INR level has been high. They've tried to change my dose but it's either too low or too high, and other than Plan B, I haven't taken anything else. What does this mean, and should I be concerned about being pregnant or my INR levels?

Hi, I returned from Bali 8am yesterday and have all the symptoms of gastroenteritis, including diarrhea, vomiting, sharp stabbing pains, and a headache that comes and goes. I've been experiencing these symptoms consistently since yesterday. I'm currently using Panadol and am 46 years old. Is this an isolated headache or something that comes and goes? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the headache or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have been experiencing knee and hip pain for about three weeks, accompanied by swelling, warmth to the touch, and occasional popping sounds. I had an X-ray, but it showed nothing abnormal. I also have three bulging discs in my back, and the pain radiates from my back to my knee, feeling like a band around my calf. Additionally, I have a burning sensation in my hand, which my doctor dismissed as a trigger point. What could be causing these symptoms, and what treatments or further evaluations should I consider?
