I had unprotected sex yesterday. I weigh 91 kg, took 4 Yasmin pills immediately after, and plan to take 4 more after 12 hours. I'm not on any contraception, usually ovulate on CD 9 to CD 11, and today is CD 15. There was no ejaculation. I read that emergency pills might not work for obese women. How true is this? I did an ovulation test at home, which was negative, but the gynecologist found an ovum measuring 16mm during an ultrasound for IUD insertion, which failed due to a closed orifice. Could this be from the Yasmin pills? Should I repeat the IUD insertion in 2 days?

I have a sciatic nerve problem in my hip and leg. The pain just occurred yesterday, and I've taken Tylenol 2 for pain, which only helps a little. Who should I see for this—a doctor, chiropractor, or hospital? Additionally, I've been having back pain for several weeks now.

For the past 4 months, I've had a tingling sensation at the center of my forehead and occasionally on the right side of my head/face. I've also experienced tension headache-like sensations around my whole head, twinges behind my right eye, and sharp shooting headache pain that radiates up the right side of my neck along the back of my head towards my right eye. Despite seeing my GP, who suggested it was likely a pinched nerve from muscle knots and posture, and trying ibuprofen, rest, new glasses, regular massages, and anxiety therapy, the symptoms persist. I'm concerned there might be something else going on. What could be causing these symptoms and what further steps should I take?

I had a condom break during intercourse with a prostitute, resulting in a bleeding wound on my penis. I tested for HIV a week after the exposure and the result was negative. However, I've heard that I need to wait at least 4 weeks after exposure for an accurate test. I'm concerned about the possibility of HIV infection due to this incident.
