I have a 3-year-old daughter who has been continuously coughing and vomiting. The cough was initially intermittent but has become consistent, and it is dry. She has a very runny nose and has been sick since Thursday. I gave her salbutamol, but her coughing has worsened and is now continuous, causing her to vomit. She is finding it hard to breathe, but she does not have a fever. She has a history of stridor and a hyper-reactive airway, and she has an inhaler. What should I do?
