I have a burning feeling in my bladder with a build-up of water. I have been prescribed a combination of antibiotics and a systemic alkalizer (CITAL) but the burning sensation seems to be worsening with fluid intake. I also experience muscle aches and pains around the groin area, and occasional feverish bouts. What could be the problem and what should I do?

I have a parent of my daughter who is having her birthday party for her child today and has had hand foot mouth disease (herself), not her child, for 8 days. My concern is the contagiousness of this disease and if I should still send my child. I can't seem to find my answer on the web. Please help with further information on if she is still contagious.
