Do I need to take antiviral medication for cold sores, and can it prevent outbreaks if taken daily? Also, I have HSV-1 antibodies from a blood test and am concerned about the possibility of transferring HSV-1 'down there' without realizing it. Is there a way to know for sure if I have transferred it, and if not, how likely is it to recur after nine years without any symptoms?

I'm experiencing sharp groin pains and stinging in my lower back, and sometimes it takes a while to pee. The pain started about 5 days ago and comes and goes. I have no other symptoms like numbness, muscle weakness, or increased fatigue. I recently passed a 4mm kidney stone and had a UTI, but I'm now on antibiotics for a suspected infection that wasn't confirmed. I also have a weak pelvic floor and am constipated. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I feel something is off with me. I'm tired, no matter how healthy I eat and monitor everything going in my mouth, I'm gaining weight, my moods are off the charts, and I'm starting to get depressed over this. I've had these symptoms for about 6 months and they are getting worse. I don't have an appetite and my one knee hurts randomly. I take Cosentyx for psoriasis and I'm 42. I sleep about 6-7 hours a night and wake feeling exhausted most days. I had blood work done years ago, which was normal, but my doctor dismissed my concerns.
