I have a chronic cough with a slight sore throat, a bad tickle in my throat, and watery eyes. I have Lupus, hypothyroidism, and neuropathy in both legs. I have had the cough since before Christmas and haven't been to the doctor due to lack of insurance. What medication can I use for this condition?

Can I take metoprolol to slow down my heart rate caused by Adderall? I had a tachycardia event over a year ago, was recently diagnosed with ADHD and started taking Adderall, and have been experiencing heart rates around 100 while on my feet and moving. I had an isolated AFIB event due to stress and anxiety and was given metoprolol, but my heart and blood pressure are healthy. Should I be concerned about my current heart rate and what steps should I take?

I recently got my blood test results and found out my eosinophils were 5%, which is high. My WBC count dropped from 9.2 to 4.1, and eosinophils increased from 0.3 to 5% over 3-4 weeks. I've been experiencing right middle/upper abdominal pain and abnormal bowel movements for about 2 years, with more severe pain starting 3 weeks ago and recurring 4 days ago. Could this be related to celiac disease, given my family history of gluten intolerance? What could the abdominal pain be, and should I be concerned about waiting for an abdominal ultrasound?

I was in the ER due to a kidney stone and discovered I have a 4.8 cm left adnexal cyst from a CT scan report. The doctor didn't mention this to me. What should I know about this cyst?

I have been experiencing diarrhea since June 13, and I have been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma since March 7. The diarrhea started again after eating fresh cherries on June 12. The stool is very liquidy and bright yellow, resembling bile. My cancer has metastasized to the liver. My oncologist prescribed Flagyl, which did not help. What could be causing this diarrhea, and what additional tests should I consider?

I have been experiencing tingly, crawling sensations that are triggered by certain activities like reading with a book on my lap or sitting with legs crossed. The symptoms seem to be related to pressure on the affected area. The Urgent Care doctor suggested another prostate exam or another month of antibiotics, but I'm concerned about increasing inflammation. Do you think the issue is just inflammation, possibly still slightly infected? Should I continue with the antibiotics, and are you confident the infection won't return once I stop them?
