I have a chronic productive cough that I manage with albuterol solution via nebulizers for pulmonary hygiene. My pulmonary function tests are normal, and I have no wheezing. Is there a diagnostic code available for persistent chronic cough or for pulmonary hygiene?

I have been experiencing dizziness and disorientation periodically over the last two months, with extreme disorientation, vomiting, and cold sweating on specific dates. I also have some ringing and buzzing in my ears, but no pain or pressure. My hearing has been tested and found to have loss over the last 8 months. My physician suspects Meniere's disease. Should I get an MRI to rule out other potential brain issues, or should I follow my physician's diagnosis of Meniere's disease?

Hello...Susan here...trying to get some calming advice before this panic hits the skies. Saw cardio in Oct. echo and EKG were good..chol. a little high 230...he started me on new statins and said get lipid panel in 3 months..(Jan.) Today I get notice that je is suggesting high sensitivity CRP...something like that. Called the nurse for info and we got cut off...I of course googled...and went downhill from there. Guess my question since you can't tell via email...I see if it is raised the "treatment" is what I already do..the stains BP meds and aspirin. My fear right now..is that the anxiety level will zoom up and create another :broken heart syndrome) episode..that have occurred 2 before due to stress levels and andrenline ...anyway...a word from you would be helpful..Am going to take the other half of Xanax..and relax...or try to. Get back to me when you can. Sooner rather than later, this time, please.

My doctor called and left a message that my test results were negative, but I see lupus present. I have fibromyalgia, and my symptoms have worsened in the last 3 months, including increased pain, frequent urination, weakness, fatigue, stiffness, dry eyes, and heart palpitations. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be concerned about lupus?
