I had protected intercourse and unprotected oral sex two weeks ago, and my vaginal area is still irritated. I used a suppository for a yeast infection, which seems to have made it more irritated. The irritation is not constant and seems to rise and fall. I also experienced stinging during urination and urgency to urinate shortly after the sexual activity. I take hormones, metformin, binary salts, and medication for high uric acid. I believe I'm allergic to latex, and this last partner used a latex condom. What could be causing the irritation, and what steps should I take to address it?

I experienced fast heart rate, chest pain, and arm paralysis and pain after a gym session. Emergency services were called, and the symptoms subsided.
