I have a constant pulsing in the vein above my right eye that I can see when I look in the mirror. It causes blurriness in my vision. My family doctor suggested it might be stress or fatigue. My eyes were last checked in February, and I wear glasses for reading and driving. My vision is generally good. I recently had an illness that caused weight loss and electrolyte imbalances, and I'm currently recovering from it. I lost 20 pounds in a short time and am on iron supplements for low ferritin. What could be causing this pulsing and blurriness in my vision?

I've been tested for HIV and HCV 4.5 months after my last sexual exposure, which was protected sex with a CSW. All tests have come back negative, including HIV 4th Generation Duo, Hep B Ag, Hep C Ab & Syphilis. However, I'm concerned that simultaneous infection of both HIV and HCV could cause false negatives in both tests. Is there any truth to this?

On November 1st, I had a brain MRI with and without contrast. Since then, I've been experiencing severe tenderness and pain in the back of my head, which is worsening and now includes a lump. Additionally, I'm noticing pain in other areas such as my neck. Could this be a reaction from the gadolinium used in the MRI?
