I have a cough with green phlegm, feel tired, and am generally unwell. The cough comes and goes, and I've had it for about a week or longer. I'm 57 years old and take blood pressure medication, baby aspirin, and Tylenol. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do for temporary relief?

I have a sinus infection with a dry cough and probably need antibiotics to get rid of it. I have had the cough for one day and sinus congestion for five days. I am 65 years old, a type 2 diabetic controlled with metformin 500 mg twice daily. I have no fever, chills, headaches, shortness of breath, or chest pain. I have lots of nasal drainage but no foul smell or blood. I am not allergic to any medications. What should I do for my sinus infection and cough?

I'm a tourist from Australia staying in Madrid with a constant cough, sore throat for over two weeks, sore chest when coughing, and bringing up mucus. I'm 68 years old and have been taking Amoxicillin for 4 days without improvement. What should I do?

I'm experiencing hearing issues, dizziness, nausea, and ear pain that have worsened over 7 hours, especially when standing or moving my head. I've had a recent cold/flu and took Advil for ear/jaw pain. I'm 29 years old and allergic to penicillin. Should I go to the hospital?

I started feeling bad on Monday, and although I felt a little better, my symptoms worsened, and I tested positive for COVID on Thursday. I have a new cough and intermittent fevers. I'm located in Kansas City and am unsure about the COVID-19 prevalence in my area. I'm currently using cold and flu medications, Tylenol, Motrin, and Zofran. I'm 52 years old. I'm concerned that I'm not getting better since getting diagnosed with COVID. Is this normal, and how long should these symptoms last?
