I also have sleep apnea and have been experiencing severe choking and chest tightness at night, despite increasing my CPAP pressure. My doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer, but it hasn't helped. I have had a rash for a month that is extremely itchy, and I recently found a small bump on the bone behind my ear. I am on antihistamines and have had a cortisone shot, but the rash persists.
