I have a dilated bile duct measuring 7.7mm, diagnosed via ultrasound. The issue has been concerning me for a little over a month. I am currently taking pantoprazole 40mg and experiencing an uncomfortable pain in the area. My blood work and stool tests were normal except for low potassium levels. The ultrasound showed no stones or sludge in the gallbladder. Should I seek an ERCP elsewhere or wait for a scheduled ultrasound on June 13th, and should I continue my usual training regimen of marathons and Ironman competitions?

I have had a congested chest with dark green phlegm, a sore throat, a heavy cough, and thick green mucus in my nose for over a week.
