I have a dull pain on the right side of my abdomen, which started this morning and is constant but not worsening, with an ache occurring every 5 minutes. I took Tylenol/Advil this morning and have no nausea, bloating, or changes in stool. I am a 59-year-old female with the pain located in the upper right side. I take Lysinopryl and Synthroid regularly. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

10 days ago, I went to a concert and drank excessively. The next morning, I woke up hungover and have been experiencing intermittent headaches in the back of my head, near the neck area, ever since. This is similar to a previous incident about 5 years ago where I had a lingering headache for two weeks after heavy drinking. What could this be and should I be concerned?
