I have a fracture in my right ankle from a fall last Thursday. The pain has been intense, and the swelling significant. The doctor diagnosed cellulitis and started me on antibiotics. I have been on crutches and have not had a pain-free day. The pain has intensified over the last few nights, and I feel a bone shifting when my toes move. What should I do, and will it get better?

I'm on prednisone 10mg twice daily for severe ulcerative colitis. I've had a dry cough, sore throat, and fever for about a week. I also sweat profusely every night. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

Why would a blood test be needed after I have provided proof to my doctor from the drug store that a medication (Valsartan 80 mg tablets) will not work well in 'black patients' and I am of that race, even though my primary care doctor of the same race prescribed it for my hypertension? I am a Crohn's disease survivor with a history of high blood pressure in my family.

I have severe chronic constipation and fecal impaction. I have tried Movicol, but it didn't work. What other medications or treatments can I use?

I have been diagnosed with IBS D for many years and recently with CDIFF. I have lost control over my bowels, leading to uncontrollable diarrhea and the need to wear adult briefs. I've also lost over 30lbs and have an orange-sized mass on my abdomen. I only take Tylenol for pain/cramps. Am I going to waste away, and where do I turn for help?

I have been experiencing a generalized headache around the front of my head, sometimes more on the right side, for a couple of weeks. My eyes feel warm and tired, and I find it hard to open my right eye, especially when I wake up. I also have achy shoulders and neck, particularly on the right side. Can this be a sign of a brain tumor, MS, or a cluster headache? Should I be concerned about my eye issue, and should I get an eye test?
