My feet are swollen and I feel bloated. I am taking Furosemide, which is supposed to help. I was told to take one tablet each day unless my feet swelled, then take two tablets for three days. This is not working this time. I am diagnosed with heart failure, and my doctor says my heart itself is strong. I would like to walk to lose weight, but I can't do it now. What should I do about the swelling and bloating?

I'm experiencing a constant, uncomfortable feeling in my testicles for the past week. It feels like someone is squeezing them 24/7, and I also feel tension in my neck. I'm 36 years old, and this started a week ago. I'm a team truck driver and drive 12 hours a day. I have a bad habit of sleeping on my chest, and the truck bed shakes when another driver is at the wheel. I also hold my pee for long periods and drink coffee once a day.
