I bumped the bridge of my nose pretty hard last night. It bled quite a bit, is sensitive to touch, and I'm still blowing blood out of my nose with bruising at the bridge. I have been experiencing twitching in my calves and popping sensations all over my body for 14 months. I have diabetes with peripheral neuropathy, gained 40 lbs in the past year and a half, and recently had leg pain and stiffness that was relieved by prednisone.
