I have a left ear problem with fluid and irritation, possibly a sore at the outer ear. The irritation has been on and off for a few months and has been getting worse recently, affecting sleep. I am 64 years old and currently taking medications for blood pressure and aspirin, but nothing for my ear. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am experiencing stomach bloating leading to pain in my pelvis and vagina, feeling mildly constipated, and having abdominal pain during urination. I am 25 years old, currently ovulating, and had my last period from May 8-12. I took Tylenol for general discomfort and have used a hot pad and hot water to alleviate the pain. The pain worsens when I walk. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I took a combination of Robax (for back and shoulder pain), an antidepressant (Trintellix), Claritin (for allergies), and lavender cannabis tea, which led to the development of sleep apnea. I am concerned about potential lasting effects on my brain stem and autonomous breathing. Is the damage likely to progress or get worse, heal, or stay the same? Additionally, I had a glass of wine after taking Cyclobenzaprine, and now I have tingling in my left hand. Could these events have caused brain stem injury?
