I have a loose foreskin on my penis that has been progressively worsening over the past two years, and for the last two weeks, my penile head has been unable to come out of the bunched up foreskin. I have not used any medication for this issue and have not seen a doctor about it. Additionally, I have chronic heart failure due to atrial fibrillation (with an ICD implant since 2012), type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea (using CPAP nightly), and I am on seven prescription medications.

I was on 6mg of Xanax for 13 years, and my new doctor is lowering the dose too fast, causing issues. I'm now on diazepam, but it's not fast-acting, leading to increased blood pressure and anxiety during backlashes. Are there any contraindications for receiving a Pneumonia vaccine for a 78-year-old individual diagnosed with bronchitis who is currently on antibiotics? Is it better to sit upright in a chair/recline versus lying in bed with bronchitis to avoid pneumonia or other lung complications?
