I have a mammogram scheduled for Feb 12, and MyChart says I need to schedule a Tomosynthesis screening Bilateral Mammogram. I'm confused about whether I need both. I've had annual mammograms since having a small malignant cyst removed, which has been gone for 4 years. I'm 77 years old. Why do I need to schedule both appointments?

My wife has Hashimoto's disease and I'm trying to understand her dietary restrictions, particularly regarding processed vs. unprocessed meats and dairy. I grew up butchering my own food and preparing it. Is there anything I can do to make her diet less restricted?

I had a CT scan without contrast a few weeks ago, and another one today. The first scan did not mention anything about my liver, but today's report mentioned hepatic steatosis. Why did the first scan not mention it, and why did it suddenly appear in the second scan? My liver labs are normal except for ALT being slightly low, which has been the case since 2011. Both scans were done without contrast at different hospitals.
