I had unprotected sex in July and took Plan B the next day. I experienced irregular periods and have been feeling what seems like fetal movements for the past few days. I am currently on birth control pills and have not had sex since July. I also have discharge with an odor and have tried yeast infection cream without complete relief. What could these symptoms be?

I have been experiencing a constant UTI and pain in the middle left quadrant, sometimes burning after urination. The pain started about two weeks ago in the left lower or middle side.
