I have a mole that was graded 3-5 and another halo nevus graded 5. The doctor said they're not skin cancer but the cells look funky. I'm worried because I read that halo nevus can mean there's melanoma somewhere on the body. What does this grading mean, and should I be concerned about melanoma?

I have COPD and received a letter stating there may be a small infective area in my right lung. I am to have an interval chest x-ray and will receive a full report. What does this mean, and what should I know about my medical history, including apical HCM?

My 70-year-old husband has been recommended for open heart surgery due to aortic valve stenosis, but there is no blockage in the arteries. He has stage 3 kidney disease, is on medication for high blood pressure, and had prostate surgery last December. The report shows mild aortic regurgitation, moderate to severe valvular aortic stenosis, and normal left ventricular systolic function with an ejection fraction of 60-65%. Is the surgery life-threatening, and are there any medications or beta blockers he can try before surgery?
