My blood pressure is 192/135. Should I go to the ER? I am taking Lisinopril 40 mg and I am diabetic.

My husband was seen by his doctor for a pain in his right side. The doctor didn't think it was appendicitis and said if it was, symptoms would appear within 3 days. He has no other symptoms besides the pain. Could it be a pulled muscle, and if so, how long would that pain take to go away? Also, he has an umbilical hernia that he has had for years now; could the pain have something to do with that? He said it seems to be protruding more since the pain started.

I'm having lower abdominal pain that started several hours ago and is constant, with pain in the lower right quadrant (LRQ) and lower left quadrant (LLQ). Eating makes the pain worse, and I'm experiencing a feeling of indigestion and need to burp. How old are you? Male or female? Any constipation or diarrhea? Are you on any medications? Any stress?
