I have persistent sensations in my muscles that I initially thought were paresthesia, but I'm not sure if that term covers deep muscle sensations. I'm concerned about the possibility of ALS or other neurological diseases, and I'm also wondering if my current medications (SSRIs like Lexapro and Clonopin) could be causing these sensations. Additionally, I'm questioning the diagnosis of restless legs syndrome given by my neurologist, as it doesn't seem to fit my symptoms. What would your diagnosis be, and are there any tests you would recommend?

I'm 18 years old and experiencing constant and intermittent sharp chest pain that sometimes causes my arms to tingle and go numb, along with lower back pain on the left side that radiates down my leg and foot, making it hard to walk.
