I have a pain across my back, under my shoulder blades like a strap, that awakened me. Slight nausea. Blood pressure cuff reads 159/104, my normal is 115/90. I am a 68-year-old female, very active, 5'5", very overweight but always have been. Mother had gallbladder problem with removal. I take enalapril 10mg, bupropion 150mg, daily vitamins, and imetrex when needed. I just took two baby aspirin. I am concerned but how concerned should I be?

I was taking 10-4 mg dilaudid and 10-5 mg supedol per day, stopped the supedol, and now taking 12 or so 4 mg dilaudid per day. Should I use the supedol to wean off the dilaudid? I'm experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms and need guidance on the best approach.

I have lost the name of the medicine (low dose for antidepression) which you mentioned for my hot flash problems. Can you give it to me again? The medicine you gave is not the type of replacement for hormone which might cause breast cancer. Thank you.

Is it okay to have 4000 mg of protein in urine if all blood work is normal, and can a urine test come up positive for cocaine if you have kidney issues?
