I have a pain in my left arm that started about a week ago, located about 2 inches below the inside of my elbow. The pain is sharp when in certain positions or when picking up items, even lighter ones, but there is no pain at rest. The pain has also spread upwards to my shoulder. I am a mechanic, often in awkward arm positions under stress for extended periods. I am a 44-year-old, heavy-set white male taking Prozac and blood pressure medication. What could this pain be, and how can I manage it without needing to visit a doctor right before Christmas?

I'm still having severe chest pain from candida, which started again today. I'm on a 14-day course of Flucosanole (100mg) and have 2 days left. The pain is centered on my chest bone, not related to swallowing, and has worsened. Is it normal to still have this pain, and does it sometimes take multiple rounds of treatment to clear up?

I coughed hard and felt a pop in my left upper abdomen. I have not experienced any pain, tenderness, or changes in breathing since then. I have the flu, am 8 months postpartum from a C-section, and 2 months out from a rollover car accident. Should I be concerned about the pop?

I woke up a week ago with pain on the left side of my ribs that sharpens with pressure, movement, or deep breathing. The pain has lessened but still causes tightness and dull ache, especially with deep breaths. I've been using icy hot and icing, but not recently. I'm 30 years old and not on any medications. What could be causing this and when should I be concerned?
