I have had a breakout on my right hand over the past two weeks. The tiny bumps start in clusters, appear clear like blisters, turn white, and itch, with redness around the areas. It is mostly on my right pinkie, which is swollen, and has spread slowly. I have applied Cortizone 10, which helped with itching but not much else. What could this be, and what can I do to treat it?

I have been extremely tired for the past week, getting 9-10 hours of sleep each night but still waking up tired. I am a 35-year-old woman who has always been relatively healthy but a bit overweight. I am starting to have trouble with memory and feel short-tempered and anxious at times. I do not have health insurance. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
