I spent 2011 in Iraq and about 7 months ago started having mood swings and crazy dreams. Things have worsened with worse dreams, mood swings, and a month ago I began having panic attacks. I got drunk and had a friend take a box cutter from me. I tried to contact people in my area for help but no one responded. I just want help.

I was given clomiphene, which resulted in three children, the youngest being 4. For the past 2 years, we've been trying for one more child with no success. I had sex with my girlfriend while wearing a condom. I put it on during full erection, checked it repeatedly to ensure it was rolled all the way to the base of my penis, and carefully removed it after sex. I ejaculated a little inside the condom but maintained erection and continued for a couple more minutes. Was there any risk of unprotected sex occurring?
