I have a persistent pain on my left side next to my ribcage. Some of my friends think it might be gas pain. I also have shortness of breath due to a cold, occasional sweating, and a history of high blood pressure during pregnancy. My most recent blood pressure reading was 130 over 80. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I had an endoscopy today and the report showed everything looks normal, but the doctor took a biopsy of the antrum. Is this something to be worried about? Did the doctor suspect cancer? Additionally, I have been experiencing sharp pain in the upper left abdomen, predominantly under the rib cage, severe gas and belching, and occasional sharp pain in the left side of the chest near the heart. I am still taking omeprazole, which has reduced gas and belching, but the abdominal and chest pains persist. Could you please let me know what could be the issue and what needs to be done?

I have been diagnosed with a hemangioma spleen cyst (0.8cm) and am experiencing pain in the left rib area, especially when breathing. My GI doctor also mentioned liver problems. Should the hemangioma be removed, and what should I do about the pain and liver issues?
