I have a piercing in my ear that has developed a lump or bump, which I suspect might be a keloid. The bump has been present for about a year and has not reduced in size. I have tried various cleaning solutions and remedies, including rubbing alcohol and piercing bump remover oil, but the bump remains. I have a history of keloid scars and am seeking advice on how to manage or reduce the size of this bump. Additionally, I had Dysport injections for the first time, but the effects did not last long. I am curious about the reasons for this and whether Botox might be a better option for me.
