I have a Pituitary Tumor that sometimes produces breast milk even though both of my children are in their teens now. I also have two nodules on my Thyroid, am always exhausted, have experienced significant weight gain, and feel like I am going crazy. Additionally, I have had multiple car accidents due to vision issues and have been in pain management for years. I am unsure where to start with my medical issues and have received conflicting advice from doctors, including one who wanted to perform surgery to remove the tumor through my nose but could not guarantee the outcome on my eyesight.

I have a white lump on the outside of my anus that hurts. I've never had a hemorrhoid before, and the only thing I can think of as to how it got there is that I just ran a 13-mile marathon. Could that have caused it to form? It's squishy, not hard.

I got bitten by a house dog last Saturday on my left hand. The wound became swollen and had pus, so I went to the hospital where they treated it with antibiotics and a tetanus shot. It's now Wednesday night, and I'm feeling pain and tenderness in my left armpit. I'm wondering if this is an infection or just inflammation due to the tetanus shot. Additionally, I've had more post-nasal drip than usual today. Could this be related to the tetanus shot, augmentin, or infection?

I have a new left hip acetabular labral tear, a paralabral cyst, and a pistol-grip deformity, which are causing stabbing pain and locking sensations in my hip. Additionally, I have an iliacus OS musculotendinous junction edema suggesting strain or abnormal mechanics. What kind of doctor should I see for these issues, and what type of doctor are you?

I was wearing shoes while walking and a broken shoe caused a needle to enter and touch my leg. Is there a risk of contracting a dangerous virus such as HIV or HCV from this incident?
