I need shoulder and neck surgery but which should I do first? I have been dealing with this issue for over a year, experiencing sharp pains, numbness, and tingling. I have a C5 C6 herniation with severe stenosis and C7 nerve damage, a labral tear with adhesive capsulitis, and I am anemic with a history of blood transfusions and iron infusions. I have consulted with both a neurosurgeon and an orthopedic surgeon, and I am currently undergoing therapy with no relief from cortisone shots and epidurals. In your opinion, which surgery should be prioritized?

I am worried that my creatinine level of 1.05 might lead my oncologist to order a urine test for creatinine clearance, which could potentially show high calcium in the urine and indicate bone cancer.
