I have a bulging vein on my forehead that has been itchy with small red and white dots for the last 20 minutes. I also experienced minor blurry vision for distant objects and have been very stressed about my health lately, with recent heat flashes in my head. I am 19 years old, non-binary, and taking Mucinex DM Fast-Max, Azithromycin, and albuterol for strep. I have health anxiety and minor allergies to penicillin. Is this a serious issue, and what can I do to alleviate these symptoms?

I had a surgery to remove large fibroids, but I'm struggling to understand why it was considered urgent when the fibroids weren't causing any problems. Now, I'm experiencing urinary incontinence, sexual and bowel dysfunction, aching hips, all-over pain, weight gain, and depression. What could have been the urgency for the surgery, and is there any risk of complications from leaving the fibroids to shrink naturally at menopause?
