I have a question about treating varicoceles in the testicles. My symptoms include swollen testicular veins, and I've only used ibuprofen and Tylenol. I've seen a doctor about the swelling, but the doctor is on vacation and today the swelling is worse than usual. I also have a history of neck surgery. What can I do for the severe pain I'm experiencing?

What constitutes overfeeding a child with cerebral palsy who has a tube feeding, severe reflux, severe delayed gastric emptying, megacolon, and severe constipation? Specifically, if the child is 14 years old, weighs 95 lbs, and is on an elevate jr 30 cal/oz feeding schedule, would giving a 1130 ml bolus at once be considered overfeeding if the child tolerates it without leakage, vomiting, bloating, or pain?

I’ve been having eczema from a very young age and I’ve been going through treatment for 9 years. I’m 16 years old now. The doctors I’ve been consulting say that I’ll have to live with it and there is no cure. I’ve been using ointments such as flutivate, will I’ve any side effects in the future of using such medications on a daily basis? Additionally, in a recent blood test, my IGE level was abnormally high. Should I be concerned about potential asthma development if the eczema is left untreated?

I am a 66-year-old male with a fractured fibula that was treated with a cast instead of a walking boot. I had been walking on it for 2 weeks before the cast was applied, thinking it was just a sprain. The doctor said to come back in about 5 weeks and that I could use the bathroom and shower, but I'm concerned about bearing weight on the ankle. Should I ask for a walking boot before the next appointment? Also, with a walker that has wheels and a side stepper, am I still putting pressure on the ankle?
