I have a rash on my forehead and boil-like hives on my face, neck, and above my cheekbones. I had an exposure in March and am concerned if these symptoms could be related to HIV. I have taken fourth-generation lab tests at 9 weeks and 12 weeks post-exposure. What could these symptoms be, and are they indicative of HIV?

For a fever that is high for a 60-year-old woman, is it okay to take Tylenol and Advil alternating times, every 2 to 3 hours? The patient has a cough, chills, and breathing that is not great but no pre-existing respiratory conditions. She has a history of breast cancer and fibromyalgia, but no current stomach issues, heart issues, or high blood pressure.

I’m having issues with heartburn recently and didn’t have this issue before. I think my eating habits have changed and I’ve been eating later in the night and bigger portions. What advice could you give about how to reduce symptoms of acid reflux to ensure minimal discomfort? Are there ways to get back to completely not experiencing acid reflux again?
