I am a 28-year-old caucasian male with no diagnosed conditions, experiencing severe symptoms since September, including dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, confusion, abdominal tension, shakiness, shallow breathing, red and heavy eyes, worsened symptoms after eating, and relief only from sleep.
