I have a severe cold with lots of coughing, sputum, sinus pain, and stuffiness. I've had this for about 4 to 5 days and have been using a nasal allergy spray. I haven't seen a doctor about the allergy and have dizziness, so I don't want to drive. Is there anything else in my medical history the doctor should know?

I have difficulty walking long distances due to knee pain and can't play golf. I've tried supplements like Intraflex, Arthozene, and Flexloax, and now considering Arthrocure, which claims to cure in 6 bottles. I don't want to take shots for my knees. How long have you had the pain? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the pain? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
