I have a squishy movable lump in my breast and pain behind the nipple when I squeeze, sticky fluid comes out. When did you first notice this? When was your last mammogram? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I am confused about my lab results for herpes, which indicate I have antibodies for both Herpes 1 and 2. I have never had a cold sore or any outbreak, and I recently started dating someone with whom I had unprotected sex for the first time in December 2017. I am unsure if I was recently infected and if my partner could have given it to me. I don't understand the lab results, including the index numbers and the possibility of false positives or negatives.

I have been experiencing a tremendous amount of back pain and have been diagnosed with 11 fractured ribs and a fractured T6 vertebrae, all of which occurred without any known accidents or falls. I also have osteoporosis and am taking 10 different medications daily. What could be causing these spontaneous fractures, and what additional tests should I consider?
